How to Create a New Email Account in DirectAdmin Print

Follow the steps below to create a new email account for your domain using the DirectAdmin control panel:

Step 1: Log in to DirectAdmin

1. Visit your DirectAdmin login URL.

2. Enter your username and password.

3. Click Login.

If you’re unsure of your login details, you can retrieve them from your hosting welcome email or contact support at https://my.hosteons.com.

Step 2: Access the Email Accounts Section

1. From the main dashboard, scroll down to the Email Manager section.

2. Click on Email Accounts.

Step 3: Create a New Email Account

1. Click the Create Account button.

2. Fill in the required fields:

    

   • Email: Enter the desired email username (e.g., [email protected]).

   • Password: Choose a strong password or use the random password generator.

   • Email Quota (MB): Set a mailbox size limit or leave it as default.

    

3. Click Create Account.

Step 4: Access Your Email

You can now access your email account using webmail or configure it in your preferred email client using the provided server details.

To access Webmail, go to: http://yourdomain.com/webmail

Use your full email address and password to log in.
