For security reasons we keep Remote Desktop Disabled in our Windows VPS but you can enable it easily as per following video tutorial or you can even submit a support ticket from client area and we will enable it for you.

Here are some of the steps you need to following to enable Remote Desktop in a Windows 2008 VPS:

1) First wait about 25 minutes before trying to login to your VPS, even don't reboot your VPS even if you see it offline in VPS Control Panel
2) Read your VPS Activation Email, you will find your VPS Control Panel login details in it.
3) Login to your VPS Control Panel at https://vps.hosteons.com:5656
4) Then follow video tutorial as under:
