Why I cannot RDP to my Windows VPS ? Print

For security reasons our Windows VPS are setup with RDP disabled so once your VPS is ready, please login to your VPS control panel at https://vps.hosteons.com:5656 

Your VPS control panel details are sent in your VPS Activation email, it even has your Administrator password for your Windows VPS

Once you receive your VPS activation email first please wait for about 20 minutes, then login to your VPS control panel and click on VNC, then use the HTML or Java VNC (HTML VNC is recommended), login using your Administrator password and enable Remote Desktop, Once you enable it then you can start accessing your VPS via RDP. If you face any problem with it just submit a support ticket and we will take care of it for you.
