Los Angeles KVM VPS Node 21 - Maintenance

One of the SSD Drives for KVM VPS Node 21 in LA has gone bad so we need to replace it, since we are using RAID 10 there is no data loss, but to replace the bad drive we will need to shutdown server for a short while
