Upcoming IP Address Changes

Due to the global shortage of IPv4 addresses, we are transitioning some of our IP blocks to a new provider with a long-term commitment. This change affects specific subnets in the following locations:

Los Angeles (LA)

New York (NY)

Salt Lake City

Please note that:

Not all IP addresses in these locations will be affected—only certain subnets require replacement.

•The process will be done gradually over the next few months, as it involves manually updating IPs for thousands of VPS.

You do not need to take any action until you receive an email from us with details about your VPS.

What to Expect:

•You will be notified individually via email if your VPS is affected, with information on your new IP address.

•Both old and new IPs will remain active for 7 days to ensure a smooth transition.

•IPv6 addresses, if applicable, will not be impacted.

•Our support team is available to assist with configuration updates if needed.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process and assure you that we are committed to maintaining reliable service throughout the transition.
