We are committed to providing a secure and reliable hosting environment for all our clients. Recently, we have observed an increase in spam-related abuse originating from some VPS nodes. To mitigate this issue and maintain the integrity of our network, we have decided to block SMTP ports on all our VPS nodes, this will be done in the next 24 hours
If you require the use of SMTP for legitimate purposes, we are happy to assist. Please open a support ticket via our customer portal at https://my.hosteons.com, and we will enable SMTP ports for your VPS after a quick verification process.
