AliPay Payment Processor Issue

We are using Stripe to process or accept AliPay payments but right now, since 2:20 AM UTC, Stripe is experiencing issues with it, they are already working on it, due to which some clients are able to pay but payment does not reflect in our account or even mark the invoice as paid, so till update this post again that this issue is resolved we request you to please use alternate modes of payments like credit card, PayPal, union pay or crypto currency.

IF you have already paid and if your invoice is not marked as paid or service not activated, please submit a support ticket with screenshot of payment showing transaction ID starting with src_

We will manually setup your order and let you know what to do next depending upon how and when Stripe fixes it

 

UPDATE: This is now resolved, all new payments via AliPay are being processed normally, if your previous payment is not updated, please kindly pay again as your last payment will be refunded or cancelled automatically within net 24-48 hours, if you don't see it in your statement even after 48 hours, please submit a support ticket with screenshot of statement, but make sure to pay your invoice to avoid interruption in services.

UPDATE 2: We received following explanation from Stripe, so all payments that are not credited to our account or payments for which invoices are not marked as paid will be refunded by Alipay in next 1-2 days. Hence you are requested to please pay your invoice again to avoid interruption services. Below is explanation from Stripe:

 

Hello, 

From 02:20–12:30 UTC on June 1st, we experienced an elevated rate of errors related to Alipay upon redirect. This issue was caused by an outage of the payment scheme on Alipay's side.

As a result of this issue, some refunds are delayed for payments in this time period. We are partnering with Alipay to ensure any charges that failed as a result of this issue are refunded as soon as possible.
