We have been planning to upgrade our web hosting service since long time to provide much faster and better services.

Moreover cPanel has been constantly increasing their pricing as a result it won't be possible to offer affordable web hosting services anymore, hence we have decided to migrate to a new platform with much better features and much faster hosting.

We will be migrating to a new web hosting control panel RAID 10 SSD Storage:

1) Control Panel: Direct Admin

2) Web Server: LiteSpeed with LSCache for much faster websites

3) Storage: RAID 10 SSD again to help increase website performance

4) CloudLinux: To avoid any user slowing down other websites

5) One click script installer using Softaculous

6) Click and Drag WebSite Builder

7) Daily Backups

8) Unlimited domains can now be added in all kind of accounts

9) Unmetered bandwidth with all web hosting accounts

10) Unlimited accounts can be added in Reseller Web Hosting

This applies to our Shared Web Hosting, Unlimited Hosting as well as Reseller Web Hosting

We have even updated our web hosting packages, but you won't need to pay the new higher prices, we will keep same price for your accounts as long as you keep renewing you will just have more features and faster websites

We will very soon start migrating all accounts to our new server, and we will email you once it's done

This is how we have planned the migration:

1) Our old server will stay online till 31st Jan 2021, but we will shutdown web server or suspend accounts by 25th January on old server to make sure to get attention of all users who did not read this email or missed.

2) We will migrate accounts before 10th Jan 2021

3) You will get a separate email with your account details once your account is migrated to our new server

4) Once it's migrated then too your site will continue to operate on the old server with cPanel, so what you need to do is login to your new account, make sure everything is in order then change the name server of your domain to our new name server which we will provide in your new account activation email

5) Please make sure your site on the new server is working without issues to avoid any downtime before changing the nameservers
