Network upgraded for better performance

Since past few days our Los Angeles network was underperforming but after lot of troubleshooting and persuasion to our NOC team we were finally able to have it resolved and finally our Los Angeles VPS Network is back to normal. We had to make them add additional bandwidth to their network to resolve this issue.
