TYPE OF WORK: Migration

PURPOSE OF WORK: Migrate OpenVZ VPS Nodes from Psychz to InterNAP Facility

EXPECTED IMPACT: 4 Hours

We want to make you aware of an upcoming maintenance for our customers on VPS Nodes - OVZ 1, OVZ 2, OVZ 3 and OVZ 4. Over the last few months there has been several power outages at our Psychz Datacenter. Due to the outages which are out of our control we have decided to move these VPS Nodes to our INAP Facility

 We have open a maintenance window from August 6th, 2019 05:00AM PST until August 6th, 2019 11:00PM PST however downtime is not expected to exceed 4 hours during that time frame when the migration is begins.

 We apologies for the inconvenience this may cause you however the facility we are migrating to will result in a more redundant infrastructure and ultimately better uptime.

 Your data should remain intact even your VPS IP will remain same, one migration is completed we will post about it in our Announcement section at https://my.hosteons.com/announcements. But still if you have important data we suggest you backup your data just in case if anything goes wrong with the VPS nodes while transporting them from one facility to another.
